With the exception of SouthPaw Village and Traditions Students, on Campus residents will have a campus mailbox located at the USA Mail Hub on the ground floor of the Student Center. Your personal campus mailbox number and mailing address will be assigned ten (10) business days prior to your check-in. You can check your information online in MyUSAHousing. Payment for the box is included in the housing contract.
SouthPaw Village and Traditions residents will be assigned a mailbox located at the respective apartment Clubhouse. Packages will be picked up and signed for at the Clubhouse also.
This year, we are partnering with Amazon to provide on-campus lockers which students can utilize for delivery on amazon purchases. Lockers are located at the Delta Commons, Traditions, and SouthPaw Village. Selecting a locker location for Amazon delivery will grant you digital access to pick up your Amazon packages from the locker 24/7 upon delivery.
Payment for the box is included in the housing contract.
USA Mail Hub window service hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 5:30PM, except on holidays. The window is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
