Geology is the study of the Earth’s physical, chemical and biological features, and evolution over a wide range of spatial and temporal scales. Students are mentored by experienced faculty advisors who provide guidance on careers as well as graduate research opportunities following graduation.

Meteorology
Meteorology provides three tracks. The professional track prepares students to work with the National Weather Service, the military or with private weather forecasting services. Students pursuing a career in radio and television can select the broadcast track. The graduate school track is for students planning to attend graduate school.
